User account

To join an existing team, you need to be invited by that team's captain.

The captain must send you an invitation from his profile page, using the same email address that you used to create your own profile.

You will then receive an email inviting you to sign up.

If you don't yet have a profile page, you'll need to create one using the same email address as the one contained in the invitation.

Then, login and follow these steps:

1. Click on the team name in the box "Pending invitations" on the dashboard of your participant page;
2. Click the "Join this team" button;
3. Pay for your registration.
   

   NOTE: If your captain sent you a code to pay for your registration, enter it at the "Pay" step of the transaction.

Direct any questions you might have to your team captain.

Get ready for your 24h!

• Modify your profile page by adding information to it, such as history, photo, donation target...
• Encourage your contacts to donate by using our fundraising tools in your dashboard.
