Problem with invitations
Captain, you’ve sent an invitation to a team member but the invitation isn’t showing up on his/her profile page? Here are three potential solutions:
- Make sure your teammate used the same email address to create his/her account as the one to which you sent the invitation. If the email addresses are different, you can simply send the invitation to the address the person used to create the account.
- Are the addresses the same? Resend an invitation. *To recover the coupon code you sent out originally, delete the previous invitation.
- The two addresses are the same, and you’ve resent an invitation, but it’s still not working? Contact tech support at firstname.lastname@example.org
