My motivations:
After years of being a Tremblant pass-holder and only being an observer, I finally have the opportunity to take part in 24h Tremblant's 24h as a member of Team Deloitte. This this charity event's mission is the health and well-being of children, a cause near and dear to me having spent the irst 10 years in my career in Children and Youth mental health and healthcare as a member of the Knowledge Institute on Child and Youth Mental Health and Addictions (formerly the Ontario Centre of Excellence for Child and Youth Mental Health) and CHEO.
While I have signed up to endure a cold, sleepless night on the ski hill, this event helps raise funds for, among others, the CHEO foundation which conrtibutes directly to further the physical, mental and social well-being of children and their families.
Of course, I can't do it alone and that's why I am reaching out to your support to help me reach my goal of raising $300 to contirbute to this cause. Donations of $20 or more will be eligible for a tax receipt and I truly appreciate any amount you are able to contribute no matter how small.
Thanks and looking forward to updating everyone on how I survive the night!
