I'm proudly participating in the Tremblant 24h for my fourth year in a row in order to raise funds for sick children and children who are in need.
My little brother Riley, who is also participating for his fourth as a sponsored child, is my inspiration.
At the age of two, Riley was diagnosed with a rare, progressive and incurable disease, Idiopathic Pulmonary Hypertension. PH means that Riley's heart works extra hard to get oxygenated blood to his lungs because of the high pressure. Riley is limited in his physical activities because he gets short of breath, blue around the mouth and lips, could faint and can result in heart failure.
However, since 2012 Riley has come a long way! After many operations and medication Riley is no longer on oxygen 24/7, only at night and has a much better endurance, you might even see him on the ski hill at the 24h!
Thanks to your encouragement and generous donations, thanks to Tremblant 24h and thanks to Fondation Tremblant, Riley has been able to attend summer camp with an assistant for the past two summers in Saint Faustin.
Riley is doing what all children deserve to do, be a normal kid.
Please show me your support and encouragement with a donation, big or smal, it all adds up in the end!
