This year, I decided to become actively involved in the 24h Tremblant relay whose mission is to help children in need. As the Director of a recreation organization for kids you can see how I couldn't say no to this amazing challenge.
The Sens Foundation is a recipient of funds from this event and without their support my program (recLINK) would not exist. recLINK links at-risk kids with complex barriers to recreation during the critical after school hours. Many of the kids we serve live in social housing, are new Canadians, have low-income single parents, and some experience mental health or behavioral challenges. To the right you can click the link to check out two boys that recLINK has served (Miko & Raphie). These two boys and the many others we work with benefit directly from the funds raised.
I am asking for your support, and appealing to your generosity, to give to this deserving cause.Your donation helps send a kid to camp, buy hockey skates, or find their passion in art.
Please donate and share my page. Over the next several weeks I'll be at the gym training to walk/run for 24 hours straight December 9-11.
Give generously. xo
